• For the Merapi Jeep Tour, longer courses are available at additional costs payable directly to the operator
• For the Borobudur sunrise activity, you need to bring and submit a copy of your valid passport to the operator
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.
• Re-entry is not allowed

Pick Up Information:

• The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance
• Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along with the pickup route
• Free hotel pick up and drop off are available only for hotels within Yogyakarta
• Hotel pick up in Kaliurang, Gunung Kidul, Prambanan, Kulon Progo, Parangtritis area will require an additional charge of IDR25,000-IDR50,000 per person

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."
