• Hotel pick up and drop off services are available.
• Operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance.
• Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along the pick up route.
• Be at your hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time.
• Please enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page.
• Free pick up available only from the hotels specified in this website (please scroll down to the bottom of the page)
• At checkout, please include the name of the hotel you wish to be picked up from in the space provided.
• Your pick up point will be reconfirmed after booking.

Important to Note: 

• The voucher is only valid on the specified date and time.

• If your hotel is located in Jungmun or Seoqwipo, you will need to take a free limousine bus from Jeju Airport back to the hotel.
• Please note: If the road condition of the pick-up site is complicated, the shuttle will wait at the nearest subway station.
• Please wear light and comfortable clothing (preferrably dri-fit material)
• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to request a full refund.
