Pass is valid for 24 hours from the time of first boarding, for example from 10:00am on Monday to 9:59am on Tuesday.

• FunVee City Hopper (Green Route) from 9:00am-5:00pm, every 20-30 minutes
• FunVee Marina Sightseeing Hopper (Orange Route) from 10:45am-4:45pm, every 60 minutes
• FunVee Sentosa Shuttle Hopper (Red Route) at 9:30am, 11:30am, 3:30pm and 5:30pm, 4 departures daily

• The voucher is valid on or before your selected date.
• For the best sights, be sure to sit on the upper open top deck, but remember to use sufficient sun protection.

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Kindly present your PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport.
• Guests can join the sightseeing from any of the 40 stops or proceed to the first starting point at City Tourist Hub.
