• For the Borobudur sunrise activity, you need to bring and submit a copy of your valid passport to the operator
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.
• Re-entry is not allowed

Pick Up and Drop Off Information:

• Free hotel pick up and drop off are available only for hotels within Yogyakarta
• The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance
• Please be patient in case of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route

Surcharges

• Hotel pick up in Kaliurang, Gunung Kidul, Prambanan, Kulon Progo, Parangtritis area will require a surcharge of IDR25,000 to IDR50,000 per person. Surcharge must be paid directly to the driver

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made.

• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."
