• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once the activity starts

Important to Note: 

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible. 
• If Mt. Fuji's 5th station is closed, this stop will be replaced with Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine. 
• According to Japanese law, only strictly qualified tour guides can introduce itinerary stops and attractions. During this trip, the conductor will only provide supplementary information. 
• Please note: All departure location options are shuttle buses leading to the last departure location, ‘Shinjuku LOVE Object’. If you don’t want to ride a shuttle bus, please select the ‘Shinjuku LOVE Object’ departure location. 
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. 
• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission wristband(s). Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• You must redeem your admission wristband(s) at the main entrance's ticketing counter. 
• Lead Traveler must be present during the redemption of admission wristband(s). The name entered must match the IC/Passport with no error.
• All participating guests to the attraction must present their IC / Passport during the redemption of admission wristband(s). Entry will be denied should any participating guest fail to present their IC / Passport. 
• No re-entry is allowed once the park has been exited. This is a one-time entry admission ticket.
