• Ladies are required to cover up to enter the temples. Please wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt or bring something to wrap around you
• Bagan Zone passes are usually sold at the airport or bus stations for USD10 and are valid for up to 5 days. This pass includes all pagodas within the Bagan archaeological zone
• Additional surcharge will apply if the hotel is outside of Bagan city, to be paid directly to the operator. The operator will reconfirm the surcharge amount in advance
• Additional surcharge will apply if pick up and drop off is from the bus station/gate, train station, jetty, seaport, and the airport, to be paid directly to the operator. The operator will reconfirm the surcharge amount in advance
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."
