• Wheelchairs can be borrowed at the cloakrooms near the Exhibition Road entrance

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."

Itinerary:

• 8:00 am hotel pick up
• 9:30 am arrive at Ban Xianghai
• 9:30 am-10:00 am traditional whiskey-making and tasting
• 10:00 am depart for Pak Ou Cave
• 10:00 am-11:20 am Pak Ou Cave tour
• 11:20 am depart for downtown Luang Prabang
• 1:00pm lunch
• 1:30 pm travel to Kuang Si Waterfalls
• 2:15 pm-4:15 pm Kuang Si Waterfalls tour
• 4:15 pm depart for Luang Prabang
• 5:00 pm hotel drop off

 

Hotel Pick Up:

• Time: Approximately 8:00 am
• Please be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up. As this is a join-in tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along with the pickup route
• The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. If you cannot be reached after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
