Important to Note: 

• Child ticket: Age 0-3
• Please note: Children will be charged with the child rate as long as they do not occupy a seat on the minivan and boat. For your child to be seated, you must pay the regular adult price
• The Classic Join-In Day Tour with Lunch is available every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Tours are conducted in both Chinese and English at the same time. Please specify your language preference at checkout so you'll be assigned to a tour guide who is fluent in your preferred language
• Vegetarian food is available, kindly indicate your dietary preferences or requirements upon checkout
• Please note: This tour is not inclusive of luggage allowance. It is highly recommended that you leave your luggage at your hotel as there is no space for bags in the minivan
• Please kindly provide all passenger's name with title, nationality, and passport number who will be joining the trip to the local operator (service@akhousebkk.com) for insurance purposes before the date of your visit
• Please indicate if there are pregnant women or PWDs joining the activity at the check out page
• Private Tour: If you require a child seat, please let us know in advance. One child seat is free of charge, thereafter will incur a surcharge of 200 THB per additional child seat, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
• Private Tour: If you wish to stay overnight in Kanchanaburi, please inform your tour guide in advance. The driver will drop you off at your hotel in Mueng district, Kanchanaburi (River Kwai area)
• Hourly overtime surcharge of AK private tour is THB400/hour (Driver THB200/hour + Guide THB200/hour)
• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.
