Important to Note: 

• Infant under 3 years old (and not requiring a separate seat) only needs to pay NTD300
• The guide provided in this tour is Chinese. If you prefer an English speaking guide, please book in advance and indicate your preference upon checkout (there will be a surcharge of NTD900 for an English guide, to be paid in cash directly to the guide
• Please book the tour 2 days in advance of your departure date. Be reminded that it will take more time to confirm your order during weekends and public holidays
• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.
• Re-entry is not allowed

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."
