One Of My Shore Excursions Is In Wait List Status. When Will I Know If I Am Confirmed?
Please note that we are continually doing everything possible to clear wait lists for our guests, and if/when space becomes available, we clear the list in the order the wait list was received. Regretfully, we have to go through a process of requesting additional space from our tour operators and this can take some time as they may have to source additional equipment and guides at their end. The wait lists are currently run approximately once per week and at that time; we send our requests to the various operators for additional space. Each sail date can have different allotments based on several factors, such as availability of guides, coaches, boats, planes, time in port, etc. Nevertheless, if and when we are able to confirm additional space, we will do so in as timely a manner as possible.

How Do I Pre-Book Spa Services?
Guests may begin reserving treatments at Serene Spa & Wellness™ by sending an email to SereneSpa@rssc.com, beginning 60 days before your cruise up until 7 days prior to cruise. Guests under 16 are not permitted in the Spa or Fitness Center unless accompanied by an adult.

The amount of personal baggage allowed on our vessels is not limited, but airlines do have limitations so please check with your particular airline. The customary allowance per person is two checked pieces that must not exceed 107 inches (273 cm) when length, height and width measurements are combined. No single piece may exceed the three-dimensional sum of 62 inches (158 cm) and a weight of 70 lbs. (31.75 kg).

What If I Am Celebrating A Special Occasion?
If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon or other special occasion during your cruise, allow us to celebrate with you by advising us on your Guest Registration Form which may be completed in the My Account section of our website.

What If I Have Dietary Restrictions?
Please advise Regent Seven Seas Cruises of any special dietary requirements you may have 120 days prior to sailing for voyages embarking in the US and 150 days for all other voyages, by sending an e-mail to res.apac@rssc.com. General dietary needs such as low salt or low cholesterol foods can be satisfied onboard the ship just by speaking with the dining wait staff.

What Is Your Policy On Passports And Visas?
It is the policy of Regent Seven Seas Cruises to require passports for ALL travelers for all voyages, regardless of guests' nationality and ports of call and countries visited. You must obtain and carry a valid passport to board a Regent Seven Seas Cruises vessel. Passport Cards or a copy of a passport are not accepted. Passports must be valid for six months beyond the conclusion of your cruise. Please obtain or renew your passports early. Consult your travel professional or customs authority for documentation requirements for your cruise. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they have all necessary documents to participate in the cruise. It is the sole responsibility of each guest to obtain and have available the appropriate valid travel and health documents for their chosen itinerary.

Blanket visas through Regent Seven Seas Cruises cover only our shore excursions, not trips that passengers decide to do by themselves. It is the passenger's responsibility to determine passport and visa requirements for their cruise itinerary. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all required visas and travel documents prior to sailing.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has partnered with VisaCentral to provide our guests with comprehensive, accurate information regarding travel visas. Some of VisaCentral’s guest travel services include visa application kits and assistance with obtaining other visas where required. Visit the Global Visa Support Centre on the VisaCentral page for assistance with visa applications.

May I Pre-Purchase Transfers For My Disembarkation?
Return transfers may be purchased in advance or arranged onboard during your cruise and billed to your shipboard account.

When Should I Arrive At My Embarkation Port?
We strongly recommend arriving at your embarkation port at least 1 night before your cruise departure, regardless of the port. This allows extra time for any flight or travel delays and ensures you are fully prepared to board your ship on time.

For Alaska Voyages, it’s particularly important to arrive a day early. Due to the Jones Act (Merchant Marine Act of 1920), guests are prohibited from joining the ship mid-cruise if embarking from Vancouver, Canada. Additionally, the remote nature of Alaska’s ports makes it very challenging to catch up with the ship mid-cruise if you miss embarkation in Seward, Alaska. To avoid any complications, arriving at least 1 day prior to your departure date is highly advised.

When Is Embarkation And Disembarkation?
