Description

Age Requirements:

• Adult: Age 13 & above
• Child: Age 3-12 (Must present IC / Passport to verify eligibility)
• Infants aged 0-2 can enter the attraction free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Senior citizen: Age 60 & above

Operating Hours:

• Weekday Opening Hours: 09:00-18:00, Monday–Friday
• Weekend Opening Hours: 09:00-20:00, Saturday and Sunday (including public holidays)
• last admission: 1 hour before closing time

• Free admission for children under 2 years old
• Tickets are valid for 5 months from the date of purchase with no reservation required
• Please proceed to the attraction’s counters to redeem tickets
• Tickets that have been redeemed at the counter cannot be refunded
• MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the counter for purchase of Malaysian citizens tickets
• Identification card for age verification must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Children type tickets

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made.
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters.
