Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
• Park visit reservations are made for the date selected at the time of purchase. Date changes can be made on Park's official website within the voucher's validity. Guests can make the second visit within 6 days after the first visit without reservation
• Offer Tickets not used on or before the last validity date printed on the ticket will be void without exchange, refund or compensation

Additional Information

• Park visit reservations are made for the date selected at the time of purchase. Guests may change the reservations with valid tickets prior to arrival via “Manage or Link Reservation” by canceling and making another reservation through official website. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket is subject to a limited quota

Offer Ticket Upgrade Terms and Conditions

• On the visit day only, an Eligible Guest may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at Magic Access Member Service Center in the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, with reference to the Offer Ticket’s purchase price and the type of Magic Access selected. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made
• Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date when the Offer Ticket was used. No upgrade will be made after the day when the Offer Ticket is used

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 48 hours once payment has been made.
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters.
