How to get there

• By bus: From KL Sentral, take public bus at the lower ground floor to the Awana Bus Terminal. Then take the Awana SkyWay to the SkyAvenue station (10 minutes). The attraction is a 5-minute walk from the station
• By car: From KL Sentral, the attraction is an hour drive via the Gua Musang/E8 highway

• The management of Genting group will take strict action against anyone found reselling Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park tickets or wristbands
• There are no lockers available onsite. Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
• No refunds will be given due to maintenance or ride closure
• Please note: there are 3 different levels for each ride in Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park. Each ride has a different height restriction requirement. Please refer to the guide below for your reference:

• Note: This package is valid for Malaysian Citizen ONLY with a Malaysian Identification Card. Guest are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purpose prior to park admission. In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry.
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 48 hours once payment has been made.
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Redeem the voucher for your pass any day the attraction is open, once redeemed, the codes will expire at the end of the day
• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
• You must present the voucher and exchange it for an entry wristband at the Skytropolis ticketing counter
