• Compulsory: Visitors are required to sign the Waiver Terms (URL: https://express.superpark.fi/en/waiverForm/superpark_kuala_lumpur)online before participating at SuperPark (to avoid queueing at the site counter to fill in hardcopy waiver)
• Customers that aged 16 and above (fully vaccinated) can buy tickets and enter without parent's accompany
• Allow 10 minutes upon arrival to wear your grip socks, and store your belongings before you start your session at the SuperPark
• Your health is our biggest concern! Precautionary measures will be made consistently to ensure a clean environment for you
• For those who have purchased All-Day Pass, all guests are required to leave the Park temporarily during the sanitizing session
