How to get there

• By train: From KL Sentral or any KTM station, take the Electric Train Service (ETS) to the Ipoh Railway Station. From there, the park is 25 minutes away by car or taxi
• By car: From Kuala Lumpur or Penang, drive 2 hours via the North South Highway
• Once you arrive at Ipoh city center, drive 20 minutes via Jalan Tambun road to Lost World of Tambun
• Please note: Parking is available at RM1 per entry

Additional Information

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
• Proof of identity is required for both child and senior ticket (e.g. birth certificate or passport)
• No face masks, flippers, or outside flotation devices allowed in the pools
• Please dress accordingly according to waterpark’s dress code
• Please note: The e-ticket that will be sent after booking is in A4 size and must be printed in the correct size for admission
• Important note: Please enter the Hot Springs and Spa right before you exit the park as your wristband will be removed upon exiting the Hot Springs and Spa area and you will no longer have access to the rest of the theme park
• You may stay in after the closure of the theme park to enjoy the hot spring and spa at night. However, if you exited and wish to re-enter the park for the hot spring and spa at night, you are required to purchase a Lost World Hot Springs Night Park ticket
• For seniors aged 60+ you can purchase the child ticket as your entry ticket
• Add-on Lost World of Tambun meal cash voucher can be used in all restaurants except Tutti Fruity

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 48 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present your PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters.
• Redeem this voucher in exchange for your park entry wristband, activity, and meal vouchers at the main entrance counters 1 or 2
• For Lost World Trail and Lost World Super Saver packages, kindly refer to each package's details on the redemption location for your activities and meal vouchers
