Since its opening in February 2011, the ArtScience Museum has become a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists alike thanks to its iconic lotus shape, its massive size of 6,000 square meters filled with 21 different gallery spaces, and fascinating exhibits!

Marina Bay Sands and international Tokyo-based art collective teamLab has expanded their landmark collaboration with a major transformation of ArtScience Museum’s permanent exhibit, Future World: Where Art Meets Science, and Digital Light Canvas by teamLab at The Shoppes – both of which reopened to visitors on 26 November 2022. Known for its ever-changing artworks, Future World at ArtScience Museum is being transformed in one of its most dramatic redevelopments to date. Three new interactive artworks that rethink and showcase the endless possibilities of play will form a new gallery titled Exploring New Frontiers. Visitors can take a multi-sensory journey to the skies above in exploration of flight, continuing the exhibition’s story of the harmonious co-existence between people and nature.

Explore The World of Studio Ghibli at ArtScience Museum, where imagination begins! The first ever Studio Ghibli exhibition in Singapore is opening in Oct, this large-scale exhibition offers visitors the opportunity of encountering some of their favourite characters from 11 films by the renowned Studio Ghibli. Allow yourself to be spirited away into magical scenes from My Neighbour Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Howl’s Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke and more. Through theatrical sets, interactive art installations and activities, learn about the extraordinary characters and stories created by one of the world’s leading animation studios.

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
• ArtScience Museum Conditions Of Entry:
• Admission time is strictly observed. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until suitable availability at the Museum’s discretion
• The operator request that visitors switch their mobile phones to silent mode before entering the Museum
• All visitors may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes, and other possessions whilst at Marina Bay Sands (including the Museum). Visitors who do not agree to be searched may be denied entry or escorted off the property
• The right of admission is reserved and is subject to Marina Bay Sands’, the seller’s and the venue’s Conditions of Entry. In the event that a visitor is escorted out of the Museum for any reason, or if a ticket has been purchased by a visitor who is not permitted entry, no refund will be paid in respect of the ticket purchased
• In the event that a visitor found to have damaged any property or works in the Museum, Marina Bay Sands reserves all rights to claim for any loss, damage, or expense suffered (including but not limited to legal costs), arising out of or in connection with any such damage
• Merchandise related to any event may only be sold by parties approved by Marina Bay Sands and may not be sold or resold by any other parties whether at or outside Marina Bay Sands premises
• Last ticket sales is strictly at 18:00 and the Museum closes strictly at 19:00, unless otherwise stated
• Tickets are non-exchangeable or refundable once validated
• Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd shall not be responsible or liable in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any claims, expenses, damage and losses, which arise out of or in connection with your visit to the Museum. • To ensure that all visitors have ample and quality time to interact with each artwork, admission times are from 10:00 to 18:00 (last entry) in half-hour intervals. Please note that during peak hours, a queue may be expected at the exhibition entrance. Visitors will be allowed into the exhibition as soon as the Museum can accommodate
• Please note that in light of safe management measures, some artworks will be limited in capacity for public interaction.
• To ensure safe distancing, please book a timeslot prior to your visit. Please click here to secure a timeslot of your choice. An email confirmation will be sent to your email shortly after.
• You will be required to present both the timeslot booking confirmation and your e-ticket(s) for verification checks prior to entry. Please note that in the event you do not secure a timeslot in advance, you may be required to wait for the next available timeslot or risk not being able to enter the exhibition(s) due to maximum capacity.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
• Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags at reception before entering
