Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-1
• Children aged 0-7 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Admission of adults without any kid is prohibited
• Adults aged 18+ must be present for the admission of any child regardless of age into KidZania Kuala Lumpur
• Children aged 8-17 are allowed to enter the City without being accompanied by an adult, but the same adult must be present during the child’s check in and check out at the city
• Please Note: Child/Toddler must be accompanied by a purchasing Adult to enter the attraction. You will risk being rejected entrance if adult tickets are not bought for child or toddler entrance.

By supporting the new norms and post-pandemic SOPs, it’s COMPULSORY for all visitors to register their faces to be used to scan at the turnstile gate to enter to the park (You are unable to enter the park if you do not register your facial check-in)

Step 1: Book your ticket at Klook and make the payment accordingly. You will receive your tickets once booking is confirmed
Step 2: Click on the URL link in your voucher. Then, register your face by uploading a selfie
Step 3: Scan your face at the turnstile and enter to the park seamlessly without long queues

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 48 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Present your printed/mobile voucher
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters.
