• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 48 hours once payment has been made.
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Enter the venue directly with your voucher
• You may show your passport or valid ID for verification of vouchers to the staff during redemption
• Kindly follow your selected timeslot and plan to arrive earlier to avoid missing your selected timeslot
