How to redeem

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
• Taipei Zoo Main Entrance (Group Information Desk) or South Entrance
• Taipei Zoo Main Entrance (Gate 7-9): Scan your digital QR Code via ticketing machine to redeem paper tickets, hand the paper tickets to ticketing staff for entry. After redemption, the physical ticket is only valid for use on the day of redemption
• Taipei Zoo South Entrance (Information Desk): Scan your digital QR Code via ticketing machine to redeem paper tickets, hand the paper tickets to ticketing staff for entry. After redemption, the physical ticket is only valid for use on the day of redemption
• There is no walking route from Taipei Zoo South Station to Bird World Station, please take the shuttle train for transfer. One ride on the shuttle train is NT$5 each person

How to get there

• By bus: 236, 237, 282, 294, 295, 611, 676, 679, 793, 933, S12, BR3, BR6, BR11, BR15, BR18, BR21, G1, 1501, 1503, 1558, get off at Taipei Zoo stop
• By metro: Take MRT Wenshan-Neihu Line and get off at Taipei Zoo Station
• By YouBike: Ride YouBike to Exit 2 of Taipei Zoo Station. There’s a YouBike station where you can return bike.
• By car: From National Freeway No.1 (Chungshan Highway): Go to Chien Kuo North Highway, turn left on Hsinhai Road to Second Northern Highway then take Wanfang Interchange (toward Muzha). Turn left into Muzha Road, then turn right onto Wanfu Bridge, and turn right onto Hsinguang Road
• By car: From National Freeway No.3 Second Northern Highway: Take the Muzha Interchange to National Highway No. 3A then take the Wanfang Interchange (toward Muzha). Turn left into Muzha Road, turn right onto Wanfu Bridge, and then turn right onto Hsinguang Road
• By car: From National Freeway No.3 Second Northern Highway: Take the Muzha Interchange then turn right onto Hsinguang Road

• It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and bring mosquito repellent into Taipei Zoo
• Long sleeves and long pants are recommended to avoid bug bites

• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present a printed voucher along with your passport at the designated location for ticket exchange.
