Age Requirements: 

• Adult: Age 12 - 59
• Child: Age 11 & Below (Must present IC / Passport to verify eligibility)
• Children height below 90 cm in height may enter for free
• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times
• Senior citizen (ages 60 and above) tickets are available at the Farm in the City ticket counter

• Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 09:30 - 18:00
• Closed on every Tuesday (Except During Public & School Holidays)
• Last Entry: 17:00

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present your PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter (Lead Traveller must be present during ticketing redemption).
• Proceed to the ticket counter to redeem your voucher
• Voucher is only valid for redemption on selected dates and time slots
• Please present your valid ID/passport for the ticket exchange; for Malaysian passport holders, please present your myKad
