★Colmar

Itinerary Overview

In the morning, we will go to Romanée, the La Romanee Comti region. The red wine town of Beaune, then to Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, the famous wine region of France, and the origin of red wine, snails, rose mustard and white cattle, to visit the old town of Dijon and Notre Dame de Dijon. In the afternoon, we will go to Paris and stay overnight at Novotel Paris or Mercure Hotel or equivalent 4-star hotel.

Burgundy Red Wine Road and Famous Winery Tasting

The Nuits and Ridges of Burgundy are located in the hills of central France. They are the ancient wine producing regions of France. The wines of the Burgundy region are strong and tough, which is exactly the opposite of the soft Bordeaux wines. They are called the "King of French Wines". On the day, we will visit famous wineries, taste red wines, and explore the production process of French red wines from grapes to beautiful wines in the glass. The winery run by the Nouwu family is located in the Romanee Comti wine region, which is also one of the high-end wine regions in France. The vineyard is a beautiful wine region in the region. Visit the winery's courtyard, production workshop, vineyard and wine cellar. The winery's professional sommelier is responsible for wine service and in-depth explanation.
