• Toddlers aged 0-2 may purchase tickets directly over the counter for SGD10.
• The voucher is valid for 1 month from the date specified
• The tour is operational in all weather conditions. In case of rain, please bring an umbrella or raincoat.
• This activity is not wheelchair-accessible.
• You must present a mobile or printed voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket(s) at the Suntec City Mall, BIG BUS & DUCK Tourist Hub, Unit #01-330.
• Please check in for your tour at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• Upon redemption, the physical ticket will be valid for 5 days (you will have to join the tour within 5 days from date of redemption).

• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• You must present a mobile or printed voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
