Age Requirements: 

• Adult: Age 13 & above
• Child: Age 3-12 (bring Passport to verify eligibility)
• Children below 13-year-old of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times

 

Operation Hours:

Weekdays:8:00am-10:00pm

Weekends & Public Holidays:9:00am-10:00pm

• The boat departs from Fort Canning Jetty and Eu Tong Sen Jetty every 25-30 minutes
• Last departure from Fort Canning Jetty and Eu Tong Sen Jetty: 10:00 pm
• You may board at any time on the date of redemption Monday-Thursday

Important to Note: 

• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour for an alternative date.
• Re-entry is not allowed

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."

• There are a total of 7 jetties along the cruise route
• Please inform the staff or boat captain regarding which jetty you would like to disembark from
• The boarding point is at Fort Canning Jetty and Eu Tong Sen Jetty

• Eu Tong Sen Jetty (Clarke Quay)
• Raffles Place Jetty (Boat Quay)
• Raffles Landing Jetty (Boat Quay)
• Clifford Pier Jetty (Marina Bay)
• Bayfront North Jetty (Marina Bay)
• Promenade Jetty (Marina Bay)
• Please note that you will not be allowed to reboard the boat once you've disembarked
