How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."

Itinerary:

• 9:00 am-11:10 am Pick up from hotels in Macau (please note: not all hotels are included, but the operator will arrange your pick up at the hotel nearest to yours)
• 11:10 am Sightseeing visits to St. Paul's Ruins, Statue of Kum Iam, Senado Square, Macau Tower, and A-Ma Temple
• Lunch Buffet at a 4-star hotel
• Casino visit at the Venetian Hotel Macau
• 5:30 pm Drop off at hotels in Macau

 

Hotel Pick Up Information

• Pick up time for hotels in Hong Kong: 7:30 am-8:10 am (as arranged). Please refer to the pickup timetable indicated on your voucher
• Please be at the agreed pick up point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure
• Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along with the pickup route
