Hotel Pick Up Information:

• Pick up time: 8:45am-9:00am
• Hotel pick up and drop off services are available for CT Hub (Kallang Avenue) and hotels around Orchard area, Balestier area, and Katong area
• Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along the pick up route
• Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Hotels around Changi vicinity and Changi Airport are not included (e.g. Capri by Fraser, Village Hotel Changi, Park Avenue, etc.)

Additional Information

Important to Note: 

• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters.
