The journey from Kuala Lumpur to Putra Jaya takes approximately 50 minutes via the highway. Our first stop will be Putra Jaya Government Centre, there are numerous new government complexes located in this new township. The most imposing structure in Putrajaya is the thin pinkish Putra Mosque. Standing beside Dataran Putra and facing the Putrajaya Lake, it incorporates architectural elements from Turkestan, Kazakhstan and Morocco. Another eye-catching building is the Prime Minister’s office – Putra Perdana. Other interesting places are Putra Bridge, Prime Minister’s residence.

Age Requirements:

• Child: Age 3-11 (bring Passport to verify eligibility)

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

Pick Up Time at Hotel Lobby: 

• Morning Tour: 8:45am - 9:00am
• Complimentary pick up and drop off services are limited to Major Hotels located in KL City.

Departure Location: 

• The car park of Malaysian Tourism Centre, 109, Jalan Ampang (Opposite of the Pakistan Embassy). 

Departure Time: 

• Morning Tour: 9:30 am

Estimated Hotel Drop-Off Time:

• 1:30pm - 2:00pm 

Additional Information

Important to Note: 

• Minimum 2 pax to go. 
• Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults. 
• Guests aged 3-13 are entitled to purchase at Child rate. 
• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• The operator will notify you of your pick-up time at least 1 day before via email.
• Free hotel pick-up and drop-off are valid for hotels located within Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang area only.
• For pick-ups outside of Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang area (outskirts hotel), a surcharge is required, payable directly to the driver in cash.
• This is a join-in tour, please arrive at your pick-up point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time as the driver will depart on time, hence travelers who are late for pick-up will miss the tour.
• For travelers that are not using the pick-up service, please make your own way to the meet-up location at least 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled departure time. 
• Kindly note that the schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on your activity date. 
• Please be advised to check the tour's availability with JOYSABALL before proceeding with payment. Kindly place your order at least 3 days in advance to secure your tour on your preferred date, especially during peak seasons.
