• For those who are prone to seasickness or are experiencing back pains on the day of the activity, please sit at the back of the speedboat
• Please follow the safety guidelines from the local guide to avoid any unexpected accidents
• Beach chair will be provided daily except Wednesdays
• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.

 

Hotel Pick Up Information:

• The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance
• Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along the pick-up route
• Please arrive at your hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
• Free round trip transfers are available for hotels located in Pattaya City, Pattaya City North and South, Balihai pier, Centara Grand Mirage, and Pratamnak

Surcharges:

• A surcharge of THB150 per person may apply for those staying outside Pattaya City limits (Pattaya Floating Market, Jomtien area A, Jomtien area B Renaissance, U Pattaya area and another area)
