Children aged 0-4 can join this activity free of charge.

Additional Information

Important to Note: 

• Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is located in the province of Bataan, which is approximately 4 hours (one way) from Manila
• Please wear comfortable shoes or flip-flops that can be easily removed as footwear is not allowed inside the casas and will be placed by the door of each house
• Don’t forget to bring extra water to keep yourself hydrated and energized during the walking tour
• Raincoats will be provided during the tour in case of rain
• Please arrive at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar at least 10-15 minutes before your chosen tour schedule. You will be greeted and guided to the tour group by Las Casas staff upon entry
• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.
• Wheelchairs can be borrowed at the cloakrooms near the Exhibition Road entrance
• Re-entry is not allowed

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."
