Important notes:

• Children aged 3-4 can join this activity free of charge
• Children aged 0-2 are not recommended to participate in the water activities
• Children aged 5-10 and participants aged 50+ can join as visitors for a surcharge of THB672. Visitors must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Participants must have a height of at least 120cm to join the activity
• Due to the nature of this activity, seniors aged 50+ are not 
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• The activity is able to accommodate special dietary requirements (allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs)
• A surcharge of THB100-200 will apply if hotel pick up and drop off is outside the transfer service area, payable onsite
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour for an alternative date.

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."

Schedule

Itinerary:

• 08:00-09:30: Hotel pick up
• 09:30-09:50: Customers will gradually enter the boat in front of Pattaya Beach. Going around takes approximately 10 minutes
• 10:00: Arrive at Koh Larn island (Tawaen Beach) and enjoy parasailing activities (optional)
• 11:00: Enjoy sea walking (optional)
• 12:00: Ride a banana boat and enjoy Jet Skiing (optional)
• 12:30: Lunch
• 14:00: See corals and various fishes on a glass-bottom boat
• 14:20: Go snorkeling around Sak Island
• 15:30: Return to Pattaya, hotel drop off
