Eligibility

• Children eligibility: aged 3-11 (both inclusive) on the day of their ticket purchase
• Adult eligibility: aged 12-64 (both inclusive) on the day of their ticket purchase
• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older
• Infants aged 0-3(Not inclusive 3) can enter the Beijing Universal Studios theme park free of charge accompanied by a paying adult
• Children eligibility: aged 3-11 (both inclusive) on the day of their ticket purchase
• Senior eligibility: aged 65+ on the day of their ticket purchase

Booking limitations

• Each ID card is limited to one ticket per day with the real-name registration system
• Each booking, each mobile phone number can reserve up to five (5) tickets for a given day. If the number exceeds this number, a booking must be placed separately
• Repeat ticket can only be canceled at least 48 hours before the selected date
• Early bird booking shall be made at least 7 days in advance

How to redeem

• To enter Universal Studios Beijing, visitors must hold valid tickets and provide the original valid ID issued by the government for identity verification
• Residents of Mainland China: please bring your valid ID card; Residents of Hong Kong and Macau, please bring your Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macau residents; Taiwan residents, please bring your Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents; Foreign citizen: please bring your valid passport
• Residents of Hong Kong, China and Macau, China: Hong Kong and Macau residents travel to and from the Mainland or residence permits for Hong Kong and Macau residents
• Residents of Taiwan, China: Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents

• Admission for theme parks is non-transferable. Once redeemed, it will be invalid immediately. The admission is non-refundable on the day of admission and after expiration, and the tickets can only be used by the same person within their validity period
• Redemption: Present the Klook voucher, and verify the admission with the original valid ID card reserved at the time of purchase
• Reservation: Starting from June 12, Universal Beijing Resort will implement new rules for park reservation and admission: no reservation is required for Selected day tickets, and non-Selected day ticket visitors and annual card users must make online reservations in advance before entering the park, and On the day of play, you can enjoy a faster admission experience with the reservation voucher

• Step 1: Open and log in the official APP or mini program of Universal Beijing Resort, click the "Park Reservation" button on the homepage, and select the corresponding reservation type
• Step 2: You can filter the associated orders according to the order number, or enter the ID number and the date of admission to filter the orders that can be reserved on the day
• Step 3: Select and confirm the order that needs to be reserved (if purchased on a third-party platform, the order needs to be bound in advance)
• Step 4: Confirm the admission time of the day to make an appointment

• By bus: take bus No.589 and T116 to Universal Beijing Resort
• By metro: take Metro Line 7 and Batong Line to Universal Beijing Resort, and walk from the exits B, C and D for about 7 minutes to get to the entrance security check point of Beijing Global City Avenue

• Bags or containers with dimensions exceeding 56 cm long x 36 cm wide x 23 cm high are prohibited. Please follow the instructions of the Universal Beijing Resort Security Team
• Universal Beijing Resort reserves the right to refuse to provide products or services to, or deny entry, or immediately expel ticket users who are in violation of Universal Beijing Resort and Universal Studios Beijing Rules and Regulations, or these Terms and Conditions, or relevant laws, regulations, and policies, to ensure the safety or order of the park, or due to other necessary conditions as we see fit
