Eligibility

• Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge
• The child ticket is only applicable for children aged 4-12
• The adult ticket is only applicable for adults aged 13-59, while the senior citizen ticket is only applicable for seniors aged 60+
• The age of every individual will be calculated by the YEAR of birth instead of the month
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

• By Car:
• From George Town, the museum is about 10 mins drive away
• From Batu Feringghi, the museum is about 30 mins drive away
• From Kuala Lumpur, opt for a convenient one way transfer directly to the museum (transfer to Area G)
• By Public Transport:
• Take the Rapid Penang Bus number 101 and alight at the Weld Quay stop
• The museum is 6 mins walk away from the bus stop

• All visitors with the temperature above 37.5C are not allowed to visit the museum
• All visitors are compulsory to wear a mask during visit at the museum
