• Safari Line 1, Safari Line 2, and Green Line are not wheelchair accessible
• The lower decks of the 4 Hop-On Hop-Off lines are wheelchair accessible
• During road closures, some bus stops may be skipped; in the event that this occurs, notices will be posted on buses
• This tour pushes through rain or shine. In case of rain, please bring an umbrella and a poncho

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made.

• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly.
