Important to Note: 

• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.
• Wheelchairs can be borrowed at the cloakrooms near the Exhibition Road entrance
• Re-entry is not allowed
• The guide will only accompany you inside the Grand Palace
• Please note: Visitors must be properly dressed before entering the temples. Men and women must be fully covered. Touring the attraction barefoot is strictly prohibited
• Wearing of sleeveless shirts, vests, short tops, short pants, torn pants, tight pants, or mini skirts is strictly prohibited during visits to the temples.

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters.
• A guide will be present to give your tickets and escort you to the gate of the Grand Palace
