Our shows are operating at limited capacity as part of the necessary Safe Management Measures. We seek your understanding that once full, we will be unable to accept more guests

Voucher type
You will receive a Welcome Letter, stating date and time of participation within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please present this Welcome Letter for redemption at the Wildlife Experience Centre beside Singapore Zoo entrance.

How to get there

• By car: Singapore Zoo is about a 30-minute drive from the city. If you’re coming by taxi, there are two convenient drop-off points at the zoo.
• By train: Khatib, NS14, connect using the Mandai Khatib Shuttle
• By train: Choa Chu Kang, NS4, connecting bus service 927
• By train: Ang Mo Kio, NS16, connecting bus service 138

Additional Information

• Please do not wear strong scented perfume as animals are sensitive to odor
• Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
• Reservation and booking of Signature Tours is subject to availability at the time of booking and will be conducted on a first come first serve basis upon confirmation.
• Please indicate 3 preferred dates in order of preference. Should the 3 dates be unavailable, our team will reach out to you for a reschedule.
• Booking is strictly non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable.
• Tours may be altered and/or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns at WRS discretion.
• All Signature Tours are conducted in English.
• Participants are to arrive at least five (5) minutes before tour start time at the respective meet-up location, late arrivals might miss certain tour components.
• Free WiFi is available inside the park
• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible. Please note that if you are taking the tram, you will need to fold the stroller or wheelchair before boarding the tram

Good to know

• Free WiFi is available at the entrance which can be used throughout the whole park
• Admission tickets are not to be re-sold on any channel for resale including via third party online platforms. In the event of such unauthorised sale, Klook and Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to reject any admission ticket that has been re-sold in breach of this provision and accordingly deny entry to the WRS Parks without prior notice or compensation to the ticket holder.

Muslim-Friendly Dining & Facilities

• A variety of Muslim-Friendly and Halal-Certified dining options are available at the Mandai Wildlife Reserves. These includes Coffee House by Old Chang Kee, Pavilion Banana Leaf restaurants at Mandai Wildlife West (Bird Paradise), and Ah Meng Bistro, Ah Meng Restaurant, at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari)
• Eateries such as Inuka Cafe, Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant, Mama Panda Kitchen (inside River Wonders) at Mandai Wildlife East, and the Penguin Cove Restaurant & Café, Crimson Restaurant at Mandai Wildife West are not a halal-certified but uses no pork or lard
• There is no official prayer room at Mandai Wildlife East, but the First Aid station doubles up as a musollah. Approach the staff members for assistance into the room which is located at the entrance of the zoo
• Prayer rooms are available at the Mandai Wildlife West and are separated for males and females. The room is located at the entrance of Bird Paradise
