• How to get there: Take the sky train to Saphan Taksin Station and exit No. 2. Walk to the Sathorn Pier and board the Asiatique Shuttle Boat (operating from 16:00 to 23:00, departing every 30 mins). Arrive at Asiatique Pier and head to Warehouse 4 for Siam Fantasy Theater.

Additional Information

• Moving or exchanging ticket zones/seats is strictly prohibited
• Book the tickets on the same order for your company to be seated together
• Seats are decided by the system on a first come first served basis. Customers who purchase tickets of the same price at the same time will be seated together
• Latecomers will be seated only during certain times decided on at the theater's discretion
• Enter the venue at least 15 minutes before the show begins. People will not be allowed to enter after the show begins
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
• Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags at reception before entering

• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters.
