• Free admission to safari park and water park for children under age 4
• Please refer to below for Active Academy Park's eligibility:
• Archery: travelers age 12 or older
• Horse Riding: travelers age 3 or older, under 90kg in weight, 1 rider allowed at a time
• Paintball: travelers age 9 or older
• ATV Riding: driver ages 16 or older, passenger ages 6 or older, under 100kg in weight
• Malaysian passport holders are required to present MyKad for ticket redemption while travelers of other nationalities are required to present their passport for ID verification
• Please note that the traveler representative's name on the voucher must be identical with the name on their MyKad/passport, otherwise ticket redemption will be denied

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher (with QR Code) along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter (Lead Traveller must be present during ticketing redemption).
