Age Requirements: 

• Adult: Age 13 and Above
• Child: Age 3 - 12
• Child: Children three years of age and under, below 90cm in height can enter the attraction free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Weekend & Public Holiday: 11:00-20:00

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters.
• Please present your E-voucher on mobile and Identity Card at the designated counter to receive your ticket
