当天抵达赫尔辛基后可自由安排赫尔辛基市区游览，赫尔辛基市区内的景点比较集中，可从赫尔辛基参议院广场、红教堂，维京码头和码头鱼市等景点开始游览。当天下午根据冰原列车时间自行前往赫尔辛基中央火车站，乘坐极地快线卧铺包厢前往罗瓦涅米。 当晚夜宿冰原列车卧铺包厢。
