• Departure: Get picked up at 09:30. Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. Complimentary pick-up and drop off for hotels located within the 10km radius of the Petronas Twin Towers.The operator will re-confirm your pick-up time in advance Please arrive at the location 10 mins before the departure time

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Free for children with a height of 89cm or below
• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Additional information

• Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are from Hotels/Residences located within a 5 km radius of Twin Towers, as most of the hotels are located around there
• If you are staying out of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, kindly take a taxi/Grab and wait for us at Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur. If you need pick-up from outskirt hotels, you may talk to the local operator about the additional charges which can be paid directly upon pick-up
• Outside food and drinks, except those for infants or for participants with special medical needs, are not allowed inside the venue dangerous materials, sharp objects, personal surfboards, body boards, or tubes are prohibited inside the venue
• This activity can accommodate pregnant women and disabled participants. However, please note that the transfer vehicle cannot accommodate strollers and wheelchairs
• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Please do not leave them unattended
• In the event of inclement weather, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities or shows for the guests' safety. Please note no refunds will be issued for these reasons
