• This activity can fit a maximum of 40 participants (s). If the booking number does not meet the minimum of 21 participants, the operator will arrange a minibus which can accommodate 20 people
• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible provided that you will be accompanied by a paying adult
• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.

• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."

• Drop off at Naha Airport parking lot, end of the trip
