Important to Note: 

• Brochures will be provided in English
• This car charter service is strictly valid only for 12 hours a day, before midnight. Drivers cannot work more than 12 hours a day
• The 12-hour service time will be counted from the pick-up time you indicate at checkout
• The driver speaks only basic English. Book a guide if you require someone who understands and speaks a higher standard of English. The guide will be counted as a passenger and occupy a seat
• You must present a printed / mobile voucher during the redemption of admission. Admission may be rejected for guests who do not comply with the requirements.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule your tour for an alternative date.
• Re-entry is not allowed

Vehicle Options:

• Standard Car (Toyota Corolla or Vios): 3 passengers + 3 pieces of standard luggage or 2 passengers + 4 pieces of standard luggage
• Standard Van (Toyota Commuter): 10 passengers + 5 pieces of standard luggage or 8 passengers + 7 pieces of standard luggage
• The total number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 per car, no more than 15 per van
• The maximum passengers for the car are 3, the maximum passengers for the van are 10
• The standard luggage size is 24 inches. Luggage over 28 inches will be considered 2 pieces

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting ""BOOKINGS"".
• Or alternatively, download your voucher (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly."
