• The voucher is only valid on selected dates
• Operating hours: 10:00 am–6:00 pm
• Redeem your voucher at counters 6–8; please bring along a copy or photo of your passport
• Please make sure your booking name is identical to the name on your ID. Malaysian travelers are required to present their myKad to redeem the voucher. Non-Malaysian visitors are required to show their passport to redeem the voucher for ID verification
• One voucher is for one person only. Vouchers are not refundable or transferable
• Free admission for children under 90 cm and under the age of 3 (both requirements must be met)
• A surcharge will apply to the following facilities or activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, and Go Kart
• Please note that the maximum capacity of 1 booking is 10 travelers (adults and children included); groups exceeding 10 travelers may result in admission denial
• Please redeem your meal voucher at Sunway Lagoon's food and beverage outlets (Local Delight) located at Zulu Walk
• The redemption time for set meals is between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm

• Water Park dress code: swimsuit, T-shirt, or tights
• Scream Park dress code: footwear, clothes, and T-shirts are required. Wet clothes are not allowed
• Payments for purchases in the park can only be made via an e-wallet. Visitors can top up their e-wallet in the park
• Please note that the maximum capacity of 1 booking is 10 travelers (adults and children included); groups exceeding 10 travelers may result in admission denial
• Please note that each account is limited to 2 bookings a week. Tickets are meant for personal use or as gifts but should not be used for re-selling

How to Redeem

• Receive your voucher within 24 hours once payment has been made. 
• You can view or download your voucher (with QR Code) in your JOYSABALL account by selecting "BOOKINGS".
• Kindly present your MOBILE/PRINTED voucher along with your IC / Passport at the main entrance ticketing counters 6 – 8.
• Please present the voucher at the designated location for ticket exchange
